Care for the material you received
Always follow any care label supplied with your bag. Material finishes vary, so test every cleaner or conditioner on a small hidden area first.
1. Remove surface dust
Use a clean, soft, dry cloth after regular wear.
2. Limit moisture and heat
If caught in rain, blot gently without rubbing and allow the bag to dry naturally away from radiators, hair dryers and direct sunlight.
3. Condition cautiously
Use only a product suitable for the specific leather or finish. Apply sparingly after a hidden-area test. Do not use household cleaners, alcohol or wipes.
4. Store with support
Empty the bag, loosely fill it with clean acid-free tissue or soft fabric, and store it in a breathable cover in a cool, dry place. Avoid plastic bags and overfilling.
