Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use Quirabelle or place an order. Please read them together with our Privacy, Delivery and Returns policies.

Store operator and contact

Quirabelle operates this online store. Questions and formal notices can be sent through our Contact page. The verified legal business name, registration details and physical business address must be added before the store accepts live payments where applicable.

Using the website

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the site only for lawful personal or business shopping. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse promotions, submit fraudulent orders or copy store content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Products and availability

We try to present descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and availability accurately. Screen and lighting differences may affect colour. Stock and errors may occasionally prevent fulfilment. Contact us before ordering if a specific characteristic is essential.

Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site, currently USD, and may change before an order is placed. The checkout shows the item total, delivery charge and any taxes collected by us before the order is submitted. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees. Import duties and destination taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states they are included.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We accept the order when payment is approved and an order confirmation is sent. We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions or other lawful reasons. If we cancel after capturing payment, we refund the captured amount.

Payment

You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location. Never send payment-card details through email, messaging or the contact form.

Delivery, title and risk

Available services, charges and estimates are described at checkout and in Delivery & Returns. You are responsible for an accurate address and reasonable cooperation with the carrier or customs. Ownership and risk pass as determined by applicable consumer law; nothing here removes non-excludable delivery rights.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us quickly to request cancellation, although it cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.

Promotions

Promotions may have stated dates, eligibility and product exclusions, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. We may refuse misuse or fraud while honouring valid orders and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Quirabelle name, site design, text, graphics and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying a product does not transfer rights in website or campaign content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable consumer and e-commerce laws govern your purchase. Any mandatory rights in your country remain available. We may update these terms for future use of the site; the version accepted at checkout applies to that order.
