Delivery & Returns

Delivery services, charges and estimates available for your address are shown before payment at checkout.

Order processing

We normally prepare in-stock orders within 1–2 business days after payment approval. Weekends, public holidays, payment reviews and high-volume periods can add time. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Delivery estimates and charges

Transit estimates begin when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when the order is placed. They are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. The checkout total shows the delivery charge, if any, before you place the order. Any complimentary-delivery promotion applies only where the checkout confirms it.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking is emailed after dispatch when the selected service supports it. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address and monitoring tracking. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; we cannot promise a change after processing begins.

International orders

Available countries appear at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, prices do not include destination-country import duties, taxes or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for these charges and for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance.

Delayed, lost or visibly damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved beyond the carrier’s expected window, contact us so we can investigate. For a visibly damaged parcel, photograph the packaging and delivery label before opening and keep all packaging. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect item promptly.

Returns overview

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after recorded delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging and included accessories.
